Griffth Observatory after the fires.

Recently, there was a fire in the Griffith Park where the Observatory lies. Famous for being featured in numerous films, including James Dean's "Rebel without a cause" it overlooks Los Angeles from the north, so looking south you see downtown LA on the left and the Pacific on the right and even the Hollywood sign behind you.

    Very nice! thumb.gif I like that last shot the best. Sure glad it is still standing. There's a lot of history up on that hill.
