FatNakedGuy, first I apply a gradient for the background, then I layer the logo, followed by layering the photos and then layer in the text.

I agree w/ the rest, very nice. My only nit (fwiw) is that it might be nice if you moved the bat-on-ball pic over to the right just a touch... this would fill in some of the dead space and separate the two images a bit more.

I think you're undercharging too! I generally get $25 for any 8x10 creations that I make (unless it's a template that I can easily change - like for a whole team). You're doing a great job! Good luck with your sales!
