I think this one has a few angles. No chance for a reshoot, this was a two night only thing.

Probably says backlit more than angular.

Its a great shot, but calling it angular is decidedly a stretch. Its probably best to post your shot within the contest max height of 800px. I know my opinion of photos varies depending on the viewing resolution. Sometimes shots that look great big don't look so great small and vice versa.

i like how there's a shadow cast into the sky off that one tower (don't know what else to call it). the idol on top looks like it's glowing! very neat shot. i'm mixed on how strong it says angular. ne_nau.gif the first thing I thought when I saw it is stately, majestic, and impressive structure.

It's a lovely photo, but it says "stately" more than "angular". But if this is not far from where you live, you have a lot potential for angular or curvy if you zero in on some of the architectural detail. mwink.gif

Very nice shot, thumb.gif but it does not say any of the themes to me...ne_nau.gif

Yeah, I figured that was a bit of a stretch.

    How about this one.

    Included angle.

This one is cool. I can see the angle (and a bit of curves on the dome:-)

    Thanks Nik.

I tried darkening the sky to get the beam to stand out a bit more.
It works on the larger version, but not so much the smaller.

I give it another try this evening. If I can't get it better than this, I'll have to go a different direction.

    Dave,
Once again, it's a great shot, but since it shows both angular and curvy and both are not pronounced, I'm afraid it may not be a TTM ("Top Ten Material" :-) ne_nau.gif
