I did this portrait of my brother. I tried using a unique perspective - a different approach than I had ever tried. What do you think?158570162-M.jpg

I like it. But I have always been a fan of the overhead shots. Gives a different perspective. Handsome man!

I like the way his eye color is matched by his tie. I like the angle...I'm glad you didn't cut off his ear! I think I wish I could see a bit more of his right eye...the forehead feels a little "heavy" or something. Maybe if he just turned his head just slightly to his left...keeping the overhead perspective but not losing his eyes? That's just my viewpoint, but the exposure and DOF look great! Thanks for sharing!

I love overhead shots...I like this, but maybe a little less height next time so he's not wrinkling his forehead by trying to look up quite so high. Neat shot, though, and a nice looking brother!

I like it...but some people (especially the subject)...will make a remark on the frown lines on the forehead. JMHO.
