have not posted much in recent months but yesterday had a very brief visit to a local Nature Reserve (Fairburn Ings UK)

    Thanks guys
    I was pleased with the results -- and my trusty 400mm F5.6 is an incredibly sharp Lens, its now my most used Lens
    all the owners of the 400mm know just how good it is
