this is {Wear Wiggle } found this action last year and it took a bit to get it down --Ben ,Jeff[doc] and myself got this action last year in a few shots so I sat one day and observed --this year I worked on it and now I have it down --

    I have great respect for you guys being able to even catch one of these guys in the frame!!! They are fast! These are incredible. They are really fun to watch. thumb.gif

    there is nothing like shooting terns --100% action 200% of the time --you just have to be fast .You do find yourself looking and not shooting -well after you get 12 gigs -thanks for commenting

    Very nice Jeffthumb.gif When the best time to shot this? Not right after they get out of the water, but after they fly a bit further? I remember our shots from last year...I'm gonna have to dig and find mine nowheadscratch.gif

    it is the challenge and that is why terns are my favorites the things they do in air are mind blowing -this year I am going to borrow a 2.8 and see what i get -thanks for stopping by and if you get a chance shoot them they also hover and for a long time thumb.gif

    Now I see what you were describing on the trail, Jeff. I had never seen the head-upside-down shake before. Very nice catch, and the fish-toss, too. Both great technically, too. I'm trying to get enough patience to follow your advice of watching and learning before shooting.
