Simplifiing shopping cart?

I am curious if there is any way to simplify the shopping cart. The thing that mostly bothers me is the Auto or True color option. I know that I can set proof delays but I think it would be much easier if there was a way that I could just make it so my customers don't even have the option to change the color mode from what I have it. Is there any way to do this? Thanks

Proof Delay, and you can make changes as needed upon order. We get near-zero returns out of thousands and thousands of orders a week with our Auto. The few returns we do get, 9/10 of them are from true color orders. So be careful out there
