Well, it's that time of the week again when I come begging to my fellow DGrinners for opinions. I've been out, shot what I could find, and this is the best of the bunch - no sniggering in the back please...

Could you help me choose which you feel is the best and let me know if there is anything I could to improve it? :lust

#1 - The Bells, The Bells...

    You've been busy!
Of the three, #4 is by far the strongest. Excellent shot. thumb.gif

I like the composition of #5 but it looks a little bit fuzzy. #2 looks like it could benefit from a Curves adjustment.

    #1, #3, and #6 don't do much for me, especially after seeing #4. mwink.gif

did you REALLY think we'd snigger of these? they're excellent! I love the clay tiles against the blue sky. nice, comp, movement, and contrast in color.

    #2 & 3
I like #2 MIDDAY WORKER best. If I were to try and improve it, I would warm up the colors of the building?

Also like the clay tile roof, FALLING. Would a tighter crop with less sky improve it?

Hey! Nice job! This is a well done set! I like 2, 3, 4. #2 is special because of the person in the corner. #3 has great lines and great color (I agree about losing some of the sky). #4 shows off a curvy building well...maybe punch the contrast just a smidge?
You have some really good ones to choose from here! clap.gif

Completely agree, although I like the colors in #3 the best!

Wondeful set. I'm sure any of them will work well, but 2, 3, 4 are my faves...

    Peter,
    Man, you're good! bowdown.gif

Tough choice! I'd vote for #3, it looks nice and original. I would only crop the sky a bit, it takes too much of a space. Also, it apperas a bit too dark.

    Great options! thumb.gif

    One more thing to consider:

That's the reason I personally would not go #2 route, but it's totally up to you deal.gif

    Excellent Choices
Of all of these I like #4 the most. Capturing the intricate curvature of the building and the shadows. It brings to mind reels of film being joined together.

Hey Peter -- your problem is going to be choosing which photo to enter! rolleyes1.gif

I wish you and your family a safe, happy, and fun trip to Thailand!
