Cancelling orders?

Is there a way we can cancel an order or just individual photos from an order? I feel this should be an option as an administrator to the photos.

Does this feature already exist and I'm just not seeing it?

    No, I'm sorry - you cannot cancel. Our system is fully automated, and orders begin processing almost immediately :)

    With proof delay though, on your end, you can have more control. If you see one that needs canceling, you simply have to email us, and our Support Heroes will take care of you straight away deal.gif

    Hi Andy - yes I use proof delay on all my galleries... that's why I was wondering if there's the possibility of removing a photo or simply fully cancelling an entire order instead of clicking the "ship it" button...

    Think it might be added in the future by chance?
