Magic Bird

I was in my back yard playing with a new Nikkor 70-200 2.8 VR. An old tree limb was posing for some depth of field practice. This bird flew right to the spot I was focusing on!

I was shooting at 200 mm, 1/100, F2.8, handheld, and the wind was blowing. I think I am going to like this lens!

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Very nicely done. THis is my favourite lens as well. If i can offer some CC, in terms of composition , you probably be better served cropping the right side of the photo to allow 'space' for the bird to look to. If youre not looking for CC, pls disregard my comment.
