No matter how good a surfer you are, you will eventually fall. These are some wipeouts I captured the weekend of the 2nd and 3rd of July at Steamer Lane in Santa Cruz

    Very nice! What lens are you using? Steamers Lane is out there, i assume you are still on dry land?

    I hope to shoot some surfers when we head to Huntington in August.

    Very nice! What lens are you using? Steamers Lane is out there, i assume you are still on dry land?

    I hope to shoot some surfers when we head to Huntington in August.

    Nikon D50 with Nikkor 70-210mm f/4-5.6 lens. Steamer Lane is right under a small cliff, so you can get very close without much lens. It's a great place for surf photos.
