I crawled (in my skirt hehe) under a steel railroad bridge today on my lunch break to try to get some interesting abstracts and had no idea that this is what I'd get. The only thing I've done is crop it, make it b/w and adjust the levels. So I keep looking at it thinking that it doesn't look like a photograph, rather a geometric drawing. However, I think it's pretty neat. What do you folks think?

That's pretty cool, Tessa! I see angular things. LOTS of angular things! mwink.gifthumb.gif

Very nice. I think the contrast could be bumped up even more to trade on the surreal nature, but it looks good as is.

I like abstract photos and this one is made me stop and go wow.

My only concern if that it's a tad busy and seems slightly out of focus at the bottom (or maybe my eyes are going bad).

I still like it though, even after looking at it for quite a while.

    I think it's pretty neet !!!:D
After staring @ it for a few minutes , it kind of reminded me of a type of picture that a psychiatrist would give you and ask you what you see !!! Actually made me think for a while . And the thought that you crawled in a skirt to get the shot makes it even more thought provoking !!!!!eek7.gif

Sweet. You might want to up the contrast just to see what a stark Blank & White look like.

Thank you all for your comments. Though quite abstract and somewhat outside of my box, I applied the advice about contrast, and went ahead and entered the photo.
