Here is something I took last evening - do you think it looks angular? :scratch
Any comments/suggestions would be great!

Thanks!
Sunita

    Sunita,

I think your image has both angular and curvy...

angular in the foreground for the backstop and curvy in the background for the tree tops

    did you do any processing?

Thanks, Joe! It was late in the evening and there was a mist on the ground (just after the rains) and the most I did was to up the contrast a bit. Should I change the image any? I can vaguely see Shay commenting that it lacks a focal point :D ...though I feel that a person in the pic. may detract the viewer from the backstop.

I like the image a lot. And it is angular, but it's subtle angular. So I'm undecided.

I like your image. I think it's subtlely angular, which may work for the challenge. I think somehow a closer view of the fencing would strengthen it. Maybe cropping some off the right and the bottom? It seems kinda dark, maybe play with the shadows, or levels, or curves. Not saying you should make these changes, just thinking out loud. I'm sure you'll make the right choice.

Thanks, Pyroprints and Tessa for your comments! I guess I need to go back to the drawing board to see if I can get a stronger image...ne_nau.gif
