I had thought I had posted this one, but I can't seem to find it. If I am mistaken in that, please excuse the double post.
Anyway, this was taken on the mostly south-facing side of a building, just before the sunlight hit the flowers. Background is the black fabric case for a set of diffusers. Shot with the EF 100 f/2.8 macro at ISO 100, f/16 and 1/8 second.
This is the same flower with a diffuser as the background (f/2.8, 1/250 sec). The white background completely changes the character of the photo. I kinda wish I had taken it with the white background at f/16 as well. Oh well.

Tiger lillies always look nice, but your choice of a black background really sets them off.
