Amen to that. I am beginning to think that my next system might not be a Mac, but a Linux something or other.

Kubuntu is what you should look at. Comes with a powerful photo organiser / editor.

Wow, that's cool. I have an older Dell that I plan to load Ubuntu (or maybe Suse, not completely decided yet) when I have time. I had no idea there were any DAMs available for Linux.

Now all we need is some way to calibrate the monitor and I'm in business! Until that time, I'm stuck with either Windows or Mac. Oh well, it'll come in time.
