Cassi (Lingerie)

i know i haven't been around here much lately, but i am in summer work mode, so i don't give myself as much time for photos nor forums.

this is something new for me. cassi approached me about doing a sexy lingerie shoot and i have been wanting to try my hand at this field for some time now.

after shooting mostly clothed and outside for a while, the clothes came off as we moved into my friend's basement. i quickly found that there is a fine line between what's sexy and what's raunchy. a lot of my pictures came out a little too raunchy for me, but some are more tasteful.

i'm posting just one now, but i will post more when i have more to share.

    I really like the green grittiness of the floor and backgroung. Is the green coming from florescent lights? It also helps having a beautiful model. My only criticism is that her face and elbow are a little too hot. I'd also love to see her eyes but I often struggle with sunken eyes as well, especially when the lights are above the model. I think if you'd had a special light shinning into her eyes it would have given you a nice highlight on them and it'd make your photo steller.

    lighting seems a little uneven...and the other beef I have is with the eyes' lightingne_nau.gif . The other stuff seems fine to me: pose, background, 'n stuff.

    The only thing that bothers me is the huge shadow behind her. I think the picture is really good. The pose, the color of the lingerie, and even the whole scene is great. Good job.

    I really like this photo. Not your standard lingerie shot. The background is
    fantastic. Could you possibly try lightening the shadows on her knees, though?
    Especially her right knee. Other than that she looks schwing-a-riffic.

    Great photo! I think its very well done and not raunchy.


    Also I am still waiting for the day someone comes to me with the idea of sporting lingere and I am the photog!

    thank you for the comments! i understand the comments about the dark shadows, particularly on the face, but that's part of the reason i like the picture: very moody. the hot spots may be too bright, but i wasn't sure, so thank you for that comment!

    first one is good imo, just needs more light on her legs.

    second one is ok, doesn't have the same atmosphere though.

    third one, meh.

    overall, good shizzle :D.

    Looks like fun.
    Pay more attention to the setting. None of these really work.
    She is a pretty girl, find a good setting to shoot her in.
    Lighting is inconsistent, you knew that.
    The first one is the best of the lot....did no one think to shut the door :).

    ha it popped up on New Stuff....didn't check the date either.
