REPLACE PHOTO not working

I have tried multiple times to replace this photo using that command:

It won't take. I first started having problems because a client of mine ordered this photo and I have 5 days to proof the order. I tried to replace the photo on that screen too, and it also wouldnt work. What gives?

Make sure your color settings are set to sRGB.

I've no idea on what's the problem. Better contact the helpdesk for a quicker response, as Andy is currently not in here for the next couple of days.

But you know that you have enabled Originals for every one to view in this gallery?
