Hey my friends.. hope everyone is well!

I've uploaded some images this morning and a few of them seem to be stuck in "processing Image" Check out this gallery.

Anything I can do to get them to complete?

Thanks

My gallery has been processing for over 7 hours and still some are busy:

I am thinking maybe I should reupload the ones that are still busy?

Not sure when you uploaded the photos, but I uploaded 14 photos about 9 hours ago and it took about 7 hours for all of them to show up in the gallery.

Also looking at my upload log ( http://www.smugmug.com/homepage/uploadlog.mg?type=all ), Smugmug still thinks it is "processing" the majority of the photos I uploaded yesterday even though they are all available in the gallery.

Looks like some problems in Smugmug upload-land.

Wow... the indexes must be off as well. I downloaded one of my photos from the website and it gave me a different photo. ne_nau.gif

I'm surprised there hasn't been any official reply to this thread, the smugmug people are normally more responsive.

I am going to email support@smugmug, maybe they just didn't see the thread.

    Hi Guys,

Sorry about the delayed response, we are all busy testing for a release tonight.

Don has looked at the issue and said for that something was out of sync. Our cache has been flushed so everything should be up to date now.

    Cheers,

Thanks, the upload log looks good now! Everything is flagged as complete.

The images have shown up, but all images that were vertical and still needed processing are rotated.

I don't mind rotating them back myself (I'll do that when I get home from work) but I just wanted to mention this since it probably happened to other people and smugmug support guys might be able to batch fix that.
