Custom Domain Issue with Yahoo

So I followed the FAQ tutorial and changed the CNAME to www.Smugmug.com... but the (insert expletive here) at yahoo is telling me that I needed to change the A record with an IP address and that you are all wrong..

I was concerned that a page saver I had made on that site was going to hinder my customers being able to end up at my smug mug page.. i will have to wait 24-48 to see if this works .. but was wondering if i did do something wrong.

Hi heather, we are not wrong If you'll email the help desk, http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal, and give us access to your yahoo domain account, we can get it all set up for you no problems, no hassle, and no worry (we do it all the time )
