Bird ID Request

I JUST got the shot of this perplexing Bird!

Went down back to see if the Wrens started nesting in my Houses(There is one couple) and this Bird was cuckling at me on a lower branch.
Must be it's nesting nearby...can't for the life of me identify it!
1st thought was it was a Mockingbird but my Peterson's Guide isn't being much help.
It IS MockingBird sized....gezzz to think I'm a Bird Guy and can't identify this one! :scratch
The Red eye throws me!! :dunno

(I'm in Southern Tier of NY near PA boarder)

Found it in my Sibley's Bird Guide and Cornell.
