I've been lucky to live near the back bay where an Osprey nest had two babies in it, and enjoyed observing the fledge and mother nature. It's been a pure joy thing. Met alot of nice photographers down there too.
Heres a few of my favorites, and also a link to so many photos I don't know what to do with them all! :bow Got a little addicted to this....;~) http://netgarden.smugmug.com/gallery/2902825

and they are still using the nest at night. So fun to watch, and I'm so happy they survived us intruders.

Dang, lost my long post. Forgot you can't click on urls here or you lose it.
Thanks everyone for the nice comments.

Ric, my favoriter day also, used high ISO's and kept with fairly high shutterspeeds and was so happy with the shots. Lots of keepers and printing some 11x15's today off my canon 9000. I love the muted colors.
he had gotten wet while fishing and was all fluffy. ;~)

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thanks Stephan and Harry. its been a fun few weeks. I met 5 local photographers there, who hang on the forums. Really nice people. It's going to be boring when the Osprey family takes off. They are still hanging around a bit.
