    These are spectacular. Are they taken in an aquarium or ocen?

    Hi Ian,

    These were taken with a D70 from an aquarium at the canadian museum of nature in ottawa. The tank was no more than a couple hundred gallons...

    Cool shots. This one almost looks like a computer generated image. Something like a representation of some funky space-time thing.

    Thanks everyone, I enjoy these ones too. :)


    Harry I was using a tamron 70-300 LD (a throw-in with my D70 purchase). It's probably the cheapest tele AF D lens you can get, and has that 200-300mm macro function (which was used for these shots). I'm saving up to get both a med macro lens and a faster tele, in the meantime I get to learn and practice with this! :D
