15524779-Ti.gif The eye really stands out and it must have let you get very close since you were the 24-205L lens.

You know, when it's hot, humid and sticky, everything kind of slows down, and birds, well, they get too lazy to move, so you can approach them easily rolleyes1.gifrolleyes1.gif

It was only about 70 degrees when I shot this, I've seen this Heron around the dock a couple of weeks ago but he always fly off before I can get my camera out of the office, my office overlooks the lake, and boat dock, the boat dock is about ten feet below the walkway to my office, so I had to shoot over the rail and down, he set there and let me get off four shots before flying away, and this was the best of the four shots.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
