Very odd... I just requested a new gallery, and there is a "create gallery" button under the entry boxes. It's clearly missing from your screen, but the fact that I have the button seems to imply this isn't a system-wide problem. I wonder if clearing your browser cache would help at all?
Thanks Denise, I've just worked out that the buttons aren't showing up.
I'm using Safari 3.0 beta, but I've also checked with Firefox and they're not appearing there either! However the area of the buttons is live, so I can watch the cursor change shape as I mouse across and then click - but this is weird!

What happens if you click where the button is supposed to be? Is the gallery added?
I did my earlier test on IE 7 (in Vista), switched to Firefox after I saw that you were having problems in Safari & Firefox. The button is there for me in Firefox too.
Sometimes I think it must be the job of our computers to make us crazy! (Yes, I know that's not a rational thought...)

Yes - that's what I meant in trying to describe the 'fix' I had worked out just before your first response!
It's still very strange though. Seems like a throw-back to previous problems finally solved when I cleared my caches. I'll try that to clear it up, when I get this new gallery loaded, thumb-nailed and captioned shortly.

Check you CSS, I think you have some color changes to the smbuttons in there.
Doubt it, but I'll check. I did change some buttons to improve the colour coordination, but I just linked to buttons of my own making. I don't recall the reason for this code, but I'll take a look.

Thanks again Al.
Can you delete just the Smugmug cookies, that sometimes clears up weird
page displays.
I do! My site guestbook is simply a gallery containing a single image in respect of which comments are enabled. That's the only way it can be done AFAIK, although unfortunately the text tagged to each comment refers to comments 'about this gallery' (rather than the whole site), and this text cannot be modified.
Thanks for the code, but everything seems to have mysteriously righted itself because I've changed absolutely nothing. There's something weird going on at SmugMug today, I'd say.

Once I've filled in the fields, where do I click?

Could these colors make it invisible? Are you using the WebDev extension?
You could delete the CSS and see it they pop up.
