    It can get real windy up there! I'll bet that was looking over the stone wall while he was eating one of the "world's best donuts" that they have in the guest restaurant at the top. Just a guess.

    What lake (or resevoir) is that is #2?

    I don't have my map with me right now, but it was the first resevoir on the way up.

    Only one that comes to mind is Rampart Range Resevoir, but the drive to it is farther up Hwy. 24 and beyond the entrance to Pikes Peak Highway. Hmmmm.
