First attempt at people.. My g/f
We were out at white sands NM yesterday for the sunset. I wanted to try to get some pics of her. The ones she has don't do her any justice at all.. I wanted to capture the way I see her.
Can someone PS this for me? It was really bright and I should have dialed down the exposure a little.

Come to notice, I was focused on her and didn't square the photo with the horizon.

I think the exposure is pretty good. Maybe a few spots of blown highlights on her shirt, but otherwise it looks as if everything held together pretty good. I think that the lack of black in the scene just gives that impression, however your blacks are black. I like them. Many times exposure is a matter of opinion, and histograms are often over rated.

Here is some real quick PP on the #3. Really simple, just duplicated the picture, multiply blend to darken the sky, then masked her to bring back the original brightness.
