Went curising the other night, I said Gophersnake, hopped out, and then yelled Longnose! My first Longnose of the year, and first adult.

Thanks! It's called night cruising, we go out looking for snakes :) haha

No snakes are poisonous, some species like Rattlesnakes are
venomous, and this species is not.

    Beautiful snake!

As to the poisonous v. venomous.... While I know what you mean, it is a detail lost on 99% of the public. If you ask anyone around here all we have are copperheaded-water-rattlers.....even if it is a worm snake.

I would like to see the snake you shot in person sometime.
