Problem with print order

Hi,
I am in the process of building my portfolio and a friend placed her first print order. She said all the prints came out great except 2 of her favorites. She said there seems to be a bluish tint around her daughters hair. Could somebody please take a look at this order and tell me if it's something I did wrong? If so how do I fix it and how do I proceed from here? I'd be happy to pay for any reprints but I need to know for the future what the problem is. I know I can't afford to pay for reprints all the time. Especially with paying clients. The order #308133 (#3,4,5,47). She asked me if I can fix this problem, she would like to order an 8x10 of #47 in addition to the 4x6. She did not originally order an 8x10 but would love to have one now. Please tell me how I should proceed?

    The best thing you can do, is contact our helpdesk.
    We'll look at your prints, see if anything needs changing, and print them again. All your our prints are guaranteed, we'll make sure that everyone involved is happy thumb.gif

    Hi Andy,
    The customer emailed me today and told me she still has not received the reprints. I'm not sure if her mother did or not. Do you have a tracking numbers for these? Is this how long it usually takes? She was planning on paying me for for the next photo session but I don't think she's too happy now. Can you please look into this for me?

    Hi Kathi, no, it shouldn't take this long. I don't know why the new order didn't get there yet, but to be sure we are doing it yet again, and ordering overnight shipping.

    Barb will post here with info soon.

    We need the order# of the Mom's order too please?

    Ii have gone ahead and placed a reprint order for Order #308133. The new order number is: #326028.

    I also chose overnight shipping so the order should be received soon.

    This is at no charge, of course.

    Wow Thanks..I wanted to know if the problem was caused by something I did in post editing or if it was the way they printed? Did you guys remove the bluish tint by editing the photos? I'm just curious because in the gallery I think I do see the bluish tint on 2 of the photos. Will printing in true color remove that?

    Sorry to be a pain...you guys have been so helpful. I just wanted to double check. I did receive an email about order number #326041 but I did not receive an email for #326028. I know it should probably arrive tomorrow but I just wanted to make sure.

    Hi Kathi,

    That email actually came to me since I placed the order. It was shipped today with overnight shipping. FedEx tracking number is: http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?tracknumbers=929862759016

    Should be there tomorrow!

    Hi,
    It turns out there is a problem still with my photos. She still has a blue tint in her hair even when printed in True color. I know now it's a problem with the way I edited the photos. I wanted to ask if someone could help me fix the original photos if I upload them. I will pay for the reprints and pay Smugmug back for the inconvienience I have caused you. I want to make sure I get it right this time. She really does love the 2 photos and was willing to pay herself but I don't think she or Smugmug should have to pay for my mistake. Thanks in advance for your help.
