Who Is The Mod For Smugmug Prints?

Have a serious question to ask the BRASS on print production and new items that should be added to SMUGMUG.

JUST MY .02cent but something I have to ask.

    Seneca, I don't work for SmugMug, but I can tell you that Andy is the best person on this forum to talk to about that, and he's out today on his workshop.

    As always, feature reqests are best placed in the Feature Requests thread.

    Andy is not the only one that works for Smugmug. He's a human, and as David pointed out, he has bigger Dgrin fish to fry today. But I'll tell you the same thing Andy always tells me:

    If you need immediate help: help@smugmug.com - there's a reason that email addy is generic, whoever is available will answer asap.

    If it is related to SmugMug Pro Sales, this is the place to ask, hence the name of the forum deal.gif

    If it is not, try the SmugMug support forum.
