First try, outdoors natural light

Here are some sample shots from my first attempt at outdoors in the shade. It's my 14 yr old daughter kayce and her bf Eli.

    Very nicely done! Cute couple.... Wonderful shots!

    Your photos are a bit yellow, though. Too warm. I adjusted the first one for color - I removed the color cast and then warmed it up a *tad*. While I love warm images, when they are too warm, people can look sick, IMHO! This could be warmed up a bit more, but I wanted to show you the difference....

    Also, I bumped the contrast a little.... Holler if you want me to remove the photo!

    Ugh, Smugmug seems to be taking a while to update and process, so I'll attach the first image.

    For the last, crop a bit closer from the left - get rid of his eye and that space under his chin - and then try B&W! I did it and it's VERY cool!! Try a decent amount of contrast.

    Thx for the comments and suggestions. I had to boost the levels a bit due to it not being lit well enough. The by-product was that yellow cast. Next time I'll do better.
