There are now 2 eggs in the Redwinged Blackbird's nest. I hope that they hatch ok and none of the local cats get to them because the nest is pretty low to the ground.

Nice series, although I don't go really for the composition in the first three captures. I think they look better if you are able to give the birds more room in the direction they are looking.

    Thanks for sharing,

    Dick.

Boy they sure were squawking a lot. Every shot has their beaks wide open. :D

Thanks Dick. That's what I am looking for. Anything that will make my pictures better. They are cropped. I can give it a try and see if they look any better with more space.

She was a LITTLE upset with me then but she seems to be geting better with me now. She is letting me get a little closer to the nest before she jumps out and starts squawking.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Excellent set. The first and last do it for me. Sharp and well detailed. I would have to go along with Ric's comment. A bit more 'looking into' space would make your great shots even better. Well done.

Thanks Harv. I'm going to try it because these are cropped in PS.
