Uploader dead for me since change

I have tried time and again to use the universal uploader and I get a red X in its place. Im using Firefox 2.0.0.4 and the latest java. Anyone know of a fix?

    Using firefox, clear your cookies only for smugmug - delete all of them. Then go and upload, being certain to click "approve" when the uploader app wants to install itself.
