I agree with jeffreaux, but I really do like the blue color cast.
Its almost like you haven't gone far ENOUGH in PP to make the shot really stand out. Maybe some crazy grain, a lot more contrast and/or odd color shifts? I think this has potential, I'd go nuts with it and see what you come up with.
I think it is maybe overdone in PP. Did you run a noise filter on it by chance. It just looks a little..too...plastic to me.
