A few 1DMK3 Shots

I don't seem to be having the same issues that some folks out there are having with the MK3, It did however take me a long time to figure the AF system out.
These were all shot at 1000 ISO with the 400 5.6, usm was minimal and no noise adjustment

These shots demonstrate that the MK3 AF system is working the way it suppose to on my camera, these mallards are moving pretty good

    Nice series Steve! thumb.gif The mark III probably has a bit of a learning curve on the auto focus.

    Hey Glen thanks for the Kudos, the MK3 for me was a little intimidating at 1st, without a lot of trigger time I'm happy with the preliminaries.

    Really great shots there, Froggy! You're getting the kind of results that I hoped were possible from this camera. Congrats and kudos to you for sorting out the proper settings.

    Thanks Joel, it was a little frustrating, I feel it was worth the wait, the camera is simply amazing, the ISO performance is what sold me on this camera, I'm not disapointed with the results
