Cricket or Grasshopper?

I wasn't quite sure what this guy was but thought he had an interesting metallic looking body.

    It's a Grasshopper, not sure on the species.

    Its a nymph so a sure fire ID is going to be tough. But if I had to wager a SWAG, I would say it is an Eastern Shieldback. Also, to throw one more complication is the mix, it is neither a Cricket OR a Grasshoper. Its a Katydid.
