Pro Pricing and "new" items

A short while back SM added new products to it's line of offerings... 12x12 and 10x20 prints, rolled canvas "prints" tile mosaics and of course digital downloads... Now at this point I am not specifically offering these products and I have checked my cart set up and see that they were not by default added to my list of offerings. But I did notice that in my custom pricing window that they have no prices set. The former default was that if no price was set then the item was offered "at cost." Has this changed? Also... why would these items not be set to $0.00 when they were added (unless the default has chenged). I really do not want to have to change my pricing on all my galleries to exclude these new items...

They were set to $0 and they are not offered unless you change the price.

OK. I checked "logged off" and they are NOT offered.... But in my pricing window there is no price set at all... (No $0.00) that's why I asked...you can check it out in the pricing for this gallery if you wish...

I know it's working as planned... just curious I guess...

It is the way it works. When you want it priced, add a price, thanks.

Pro Sales - change default from 4x6 to 5x7 or 8x10
Hello - I finally got some event photos online and am starting to see some sales. Problem is that most of them are for 4x6's. When the customer goes to the shopping cart the default product they see is the 4x6. How do I change the default from 4x6 to say 5x7? Is this possible? headscratch.gif

You could stop selling 4x6, by making those $0.

My bid for "team photographer" listed the products offered at set prices which included the 4x6. I'll keep this in mind for future bids. So, there is no way to change the default to 5x7?

No, I'm sorry there is not.
