Smugmug crashing IE 7

Hello all,

I am currently running Windows Vista and not sure if that has anything to do with what I'm facing.

I try to add photos using the drop down menu... I click Add Photos > Family > Ron's Family and am greeted with IE crashing.

Has anybody else experienced this? Is it perhaps that Smugmug isn't ready for Vista and IE 7 yet?

I wouldn't think that something as simple as adding photos would cause problems.

Okay, seems to work well with Firefox 2. I guess if I want to add photos to a gallery on SmugMug, I'll most likely need to use Firefox to do so.

It's a simple fix:

Go here to our help page on "problems uploading"
http://www.smugmug.com/help/problems

And choose the link for #1, the java update. Update your Java and you'll be fine

I finally got a new tower. it has Vista.

I've done the java update.

I've done the norton 2007 update.

smugmug is still crashing my IE7.

I need help.

I need it soon.

luckily, I waited till the off-season to make the switch.

It's a Norton bug, we're sorry about that. Easy to fix though.
