This is an annual event at Pasadena, CA. An open air plaza is opened up for local artists to draw art on the sidewalk and a winner is selected. I mainly focused on tight detail type shots mainly emphasizing texture.

    These sidewalk artist are so talented.
    I think it's amazing how they get the image out of their head and onto whatever it is they are using as a platform to produce the image on clap.gif

    Hey thanks. As for the artists. Some were just top notch, some were much more simpler and had kids doing some stuff, not bad for kids by any means but not top notch. Overall it's a good day for the community and the local artists as they get to mingle with potential clients. Almost all of the artists had business cards for people walking by to pick up.
