I ended up with an extra, brand new 512 MB CompactFlash card. Hopefully my mistake can benefit someone else. It's a Peripheral Enhancements "Edge" brand CompactFlash card, brand new and has never been opened. I'll sell it at a loss, provide free shipping to anywhere in the U.S. ... and of course no sales tax:
