I've set proofing delay to adjust if needed. On order #322994 (not yet sent off) I'm trying to adjust the crop (by moving the crop lines all the way down to the feet) but when I click save I see no difference on the preview thumb...
HELP...

Sorry Anthony, it's a bug. One of two work-arounds:

    1) recrop on your computer, reupload

    or

    2) adjust the crop the tiniest amount in the inward direction and it will stick.

With the new hottness of proofing delay it would be greatly appreciated if the bug could get fixed ASAP....Thanks

As soon as I pull the crop to the feet it reverts back to original... just thought I'd let you know... this really sucks...

Of course it sucks. I'm very sorry about it, I can do no more than apologize so much though. I'm really sorry about it.

Would you like me to make the crop for you, happy to do so :)

Just let me know the ord# and the image.

Hi Andy, I just popped in here to start a thread about this, and found this thread.

I just recently saw the light and switched to proofing. is the bug, a temporary bug?

All bugs are temporary - some just longer than others. Sorry for the hassle on this one :(
