Where's my picture?

I thought I was doing it right. I uploaded a pic of me into a private gallery that I have my watermarks stored in. When I'm logged into my account, I see the pic just fine in my Bio but if I go to my home page as a regular Joe, the pic doesn't display. What should I be doing to make the pic display properly?
