First problem - disappearing photo (kinda)

The photo I use as the header on my website (www.nzsnaps.com) is this

http://talkiet.smugmug.com/photos/111849386-O.jpg

but it's showing a photo not found graphic right now...

I changed it to

http://talkiet.smugmug.com/photos/111849386-L.jpg

And it works again. I changed nothing. What's up?

I cleared cache and even tried a wget... trying the -O file gave me the standard photo not found graphic...

Not the best look for the header on every page...
