Wow, I can only imagine the amount of time and effort that took. Great pics! Don't see that kind of creativity in regards to vehicles here in the states much. We do have an old studebaker running around town that is completely covered in lincoln head pennies, top to bottom. Can't image how heavy that car must be, it wasn't light to begin with. There are 10's of thousands of pennies on the car.

Amazing. Are these decorated for an occasion, or are they like this all the time? Is there vandalism of these buses? hard to believe the external ornamentation would last on a bus here in the US. Thanks for posting these. Do you know of any websites/blogs that have more photography from pakistan?

These are very common trucks(Pessenger and loaders) in Pakistan. And art work is not done by degree holders in art. There is a person in USA who sells similer art work on different things for decoration. Some people come all the way from Europe to decorate their cars like this

Not for occasion they are all the time like these from china to Karachi they travel all decorated

They sure are colourful, though here it would look like the circus is coming to town with all those colours and decorations

Can the people inside them actually see outside through the windows

Seeing one of those coming down the street in our town would sure turn heads

We're used to seeing this type of Bus over here.

I wonder how they see the other cars at intersections? These are pretty cool!

We have a few people around this town that do graffiti art with spray paint from aerosol cans on thier own cars and drive them around every day.

I'm afraid we don't have anything quite that elaborate here in the States. But I did see this car parked in Key West, Florida a couple of years ago.



This is a town also known for it's Pink Taxi Service.
