Shopping Cart empty...

I looked all over the forum and can't find other related concerns, so maybe my customers are the only ones complaining....

I also emailed this concern to Dustin a few days ago who said smugmug was looking into it, but I wondered if and how any other smugmug users had gotten past this?

I have three customers in the last week who said that they kept adding pictures to their cart, then would go back and find an empty cart. One said it would happen within one sitting - she would add pics then five minutes later they would be gone. The other two complained that they would come back a day later and find the cart empty.

I think it is probably their cookie settings on their computer, but I have gone over my settings with them (since it doesn't happen to me) and they appear to be the same. Any other ideas?

    Hi, they might have cookie blasting software going, our cart requires a sustained cookie approval ... normal browser security set to "default" and cookies allowed.

    If they continue to have the problem, ask them to write to our help desk, and we'll sort them out asap.
