Black Shouldered Kite

This was the only other bird out and about worth shooting. I have photographed this one before, and you can walk right up under his tree, and he just looks, does not even look like he will fly away..... not the best pix I have done of this bird

I think you handled the exposure quite nicely with that cormorant shot. The kite is just beautiful. They are very handsome raptors. I have yet to see one in real life.

This one is easy spotted as you drive down the road...... will try and get some better pix's during the week
