Media Reader for iPod

I just received a Media Reader that I ordered for my 40G iPod and it works great! I transfered 30 4mg pictures from a compact flash card in about 8 minutes, and 32 2.7mg pictures from a SD card in 3 1/2 minutes.
It's not real fast but it beats carrying around a laptop.

Transferring to my computer, a PC, only took a minute to drag and drop.

    How is the battery life compared to listening to music?

    Ian, I haven't had it long enough to answer that. I'll let you know in a couple of weeks when I get back from a trip.
