FS/FT: Sigma 2x TC for Canon

I have for sale an excellent condition Sigma 2x TC for Canon EOS mount. It includes the box, manual, warranty card, green sigma zipper pouch, front and back caps, and of course the TC itself. I am the second owner.

I am asking $150 shipped and paypaled (verified only). Feel free to check my feedback on FM (I have purchased a couple of items with the same username) and on ebay (bought and sold as sjlundb).

I would also consider a trade with cash for a Canon 430EX flash.
