FT/ Canon 24-105mm F/4 IS L trade for Canon 24-70mm F/2.8

I bought the Canon 5D kit with the Canon 24-105mm F/4 IS
3 weeks ago from Beachcamera.

It works well on my 20D but I dont like the vignetting on a FF body.

I have the Canon 70-200mm F/2.8 L IS to pick up the slack.
I know I will be losing the IS but with the 2.8 the Canon 24-70mm should be fine.
