so...i just purchased a hanhel battery grip for my D50. in the instructions it says to remove the battery compartment door...but it doesnt say HOW to remove it.

anyone have any idea how i get that thing off?
I just had a look at my D50 , look closely at the hinge of the battery door .
At about a 45 degree angle at half-open position there is a groove so you can just gently pull the door off , a slight "lever' action [ just pull one leg out at a time ] is quite easy to get it in and out .
