pro order problem

I offer a print credit to my clients (pro account). I'm finding it complicated to place customer's orders since the shopping cart doesn't display the file names. It's confusing to place an order with different sizes since you don't know which photo is which. It's not an issue if you're placing an order for yourself, but when it's for someone else, there's no reference to know if you have the right image or not.

I emailed Smugmug about this and they said they are working on adding the file names to the shopping cart, but it's not there yet. Another option would be to have the drop-down of shopping cart appear right in the gallery.

I've thought about making a PDF contact sheet of their photos and emailing it to them as an order form. It would be even slicker to merge thumbnails into an Excel sheet with print sizes listed, but I don't have the experience to do that. You could probably create a macro, but that's beyond me. Maybe there's a way to do it in Word, I don't know.

So how do those who offer and fulfill print credits handle them?
